Madison Berkeley are exclusively recruiting on behalf of a well-established real estate investment and asset management company with a diverse commercial portfolio across London.
They are seeking an experienced and pragmatic Property Manager who can hit the ground running and take immediate ownership of a service charge-led, mixed-use portfolio in London.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative, high-performing team managing a vibrant estate filled with character and variety – including industrial estates, retail units, leisure & office.

The Role

  • Take full responsibility for a portfolio of commercial service charge estates, including a flagship 45-unit industrial site
  • Draft and manage annual service charge budgets and coordinate planned works
  • Liaise directly with tenants, handling breaches, dilapidations, unauthorised occupiers, and Licence to Alter requests
  • Be proactive and pragmatic in dealing with squatters and planning issues
  • Support and mentor a junior team member, and step in to cover recent team turnover
  • Communicate clearly and confidently – both over email and in team or stakeholder meetings
  • Work closely with asset managers, credit control, and health & safety teams
