REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent presentation, listening skills, and communications skills
  • Professional; goal-oriented; competitive; proactive
  • Proven track record in sales or business development
  • Strong work ethic and the ability to consistently exceed sales targets
  • Proven success in lead generation, prospecting, contract negotiation, and closing sales in a fast-paced, dynamic enterprise software application environment, especially to Life Sciences clients
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Software Sales/Business Development
  • Experience selling Digital solutions to Pharmaceutical, MedTech or Consumer Health clients, such as Event/DMS/SFE solution, Patient Support Platform, Quality management System, AI and Analytics solutions, or Data management platforms like MDM, Data Lake etc.
  • BA/BS degree
  • Fluent English and Chinese speaking (necessary for client engagement)
  • Life Sciences Industry experience is an added advantage.

Responsibilities
  • Contact prospective customers to develop business relationships.
  • Identify and qualify inbound and outbound generated leads.
  • Learn the full range of products and services and identify how these align to customer needs.
  • Communicate Product/Solution knowledge and expertise to customers.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend the appropriate products and solutions.
  • Sell a defined set of products & Solutions, manage and track all sales activity.
  • Promote and remain up to date on new products, new technology and service offerings of IQVIA offers.
  • Create, maintain and manage the client service agreement across business lines, ensuring consistency in service.
  • May provide input into local client service strategy.
