JOB SUMMARY:

The Client Solutions Architect is responsible for designing and delivering scalable IT solutions that align with client objectives and industry standards. This role bridges business and technology through discovery sessions, technology selection, and cross-functional coordination. It also involves strategic account planning, including IT roadmaps, budgets, and initiative pipelines, and leading Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to enhance client value and foster long-term partnerships.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in IT infrastructure, systems engineering, or solution architecture (preferably within an MSP).
• Expertise in Azure, AWS, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and networking.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure/AWS Solutions Architect, Cisco, CompTIA).
• Strong documentation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience managing multiple client projects.
• Familiarity with budgeting and financial planning in IT.
• Experience leading QBRs and presenting strategic IT plans.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting system and security data.
• Comfortable with remote work tools and enterprise communication platforms.
• Travel may be required for client engagements and vendor meetings.

Experience:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with sales and account teams to understand client requirements.
• Lead discovery sessions and architect end-to-end solutions across infrastructure, cloud (Azure, AWS), networking, and security.
• Develop architecture documentation (current-state, future-state, initiatives).
• Recommend tools and technologies aligned with client needs and compliance standards.
• Present and lead QBRs using automated reports and trend analysis.
• Follow through on QBR action items to drive value realization.
• Write and deliver solution proposals for client initiatives and enhancements.
• Oversee implementations and migrations ensuring security and scalability.
• Lead client onboarding projects.
• Act as liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Foster client relationships through strategic guidance and communication.
• Assess emerging technologies to enhance service offerings.
