Client Solutions Consultant This role is part of Aon Impact Forecasting team, a team of scientists, developers and client services colleagues together developing and supporting catastrophe models for various perils including flood, windstorm, earthquake, wildfire or terrorism. What the day will look like Using our loss-forecasting models to deliver insights for clients Developing solutions and tools that improve user experience and enhance data processing capabilities Providing guidance on catastrophe modelling software both internally (across Aon offices) and externally (for Aon clients) Offering software advisory support, including troubleshooting, data preparation and interpretation of results Advising on procedures for the development, validation and implementation of new models Closely collaborating with other Impact Forecasting teams, with potential involvement in catastrophe model development, programming, account management etc. Maintaining frequent communication with internal stakeholders and external clients To put it briefly and simply, we are looking for a technical person with a curious, analytical mind. Skills and experience that will lead to success Completed high school studies with leaving exam Advanced knowledge of some of the following technologies: SQL, Python, VBA, Excel, LLMs, QGIS Knowledge of MS Office – especially Excel Strong communication skills in English – both written and spoken Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and overall computing skills Ability to perform tasks independently but also to collaborate, explain, present and communicate effectively concepts and solutions to clients and colleagues Willingness to learn, creativity, and a curiosity about innovation What We Offer Engaging and diverse role in a dynamic and exciting team, where you can gain highly focused expertise, with continuous and ongoing international training programme and potential for travelling.
