Verisk Extreme Event Solutions is a global leader in the catastrophe modelling space and is looking for a highly passionate, motivated individual to join the Consulting and Client Services Group supporting the Model Exchange platform. Model Exchange is an open ecosystem catastrophe modeling software product that gives insurers and (re)insurers unique risk insights to address the global insurance protection gap.

Responsibilities
  • Be the face of Model Exchange – guiding insurers, reinsurers, and model vendors through onboarding, support, and day-to-day engagement.
  • Liaise with customers, developers, and test teams to ensure high quality releases of our Model Exchange platform
  • Act as the client environment and business subject matter expert for Model Exchange to troubleshoot daily issues.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and drive innovation by working closely with product, development, and QA teams.
  • Provide expert insight into AWS cloud setup, Python scripting, and REST APIs within a complex SaaS environment.
  • Coordinate and lead customer testing and implementation efforts, ensuring high-quality releases.
  • Represent client needs internally, ensuring their voice shapes product evolution.
