Concord Servicing has decades of experience and technological leadership providing loan administration, payment processing, portfolio analysis, reporting, delinquency and default management. We are rolling out a brand new platform and need a technically skilled individual who can ensure client migrations are executed smoothly by developing, testing, and supporting custom scripts. As a member of Client Solutions Developer is primarily a technical role focused on customizing and supporting Concord’s new platform through script development. This position plays a critical part in client migrations by creating and testing scripts that meet client requirements, reviewing and correcting issues during cutovers, and identifying opportunities for enhancements that can be built into the core platform. RESPONSIBILITIES: Technical (Primary Focus) Develop and maintain custom scripts using JavaScript to support new client migrations. Test scripts rigorously to ensure accuracy and alignment with client requirements. Review and debug scripts to resolve issues identified during cutover and post-go-live support phases. Troubleshoot and optimize code for efficiency and reliability. Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to recommend enhancements that can become native platform functionality, reducing the need for client-specific customizations. Maintain clear documentation of scripts, test results, and resolutions. Collaboration (Supporting Role) Work with other department teams to understand client needs and requirements. Translate gathered requirements into actionable technical deliverables. Communicate technical progress, challenges, and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). Proficiency with JavaScript (required). Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Experience with APIs, data feeds, or integration scripting. Experience with .NET platform a plus. Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
