Our People are Bold, Authentic, Purposeful and Inspired Our People are not Perfect, Traditional, Complacent or Cautious ABOUT THE ROLE As a Senior Client Solutions Engineer on our Solutions Team, you will articulate and showcase the value of our product offerings from pre-sales, to guiding partners through the integration process and supporting them post-implementation. To drive success in this role, you will have a proven track record of technical problem-solving and client engagement, along with a deep understanding of software development and system architecture. As a Senior Client Solutions Engineer, you will need to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will be responsible for partnering with clients to understand their technical requirements and challenges, and then designing and implementing tailored solutions that align with their needs. Key Responsibilities * Work with the Partnership team to assist with new partnership opportunities, prepare technical sales material, develop proof of concepts (POCs) and support demonstrations to win new business * Design optimal solutions to ensure minimal technical issues, enable opportunities for growth and provide the ideal customer experience * Develop an in-depth understanding of Cover Genius’ product technology and underlying architectures * Identifying, troubleshooting, reproducing, and determining the root cause of issues that may arise with partner integrations * Use SQL, Google BigQuery, Google Data Studio and related technologies to identify and present actionable business growth opportunities to partners * Support multiple partner engagements concurrently, ensuring timely and successful integrations through managing internal and external stakeholders * Identify opportunities for improving process, make recommendations and implement changes through automation of activities to optimise client engagements Skills & Experience What you will bring: * 10 or more years programming experience in Python, JavaScript, Java, or PHP * 10 or more years of experience with web technologies such as HTTP, HTML, JSON, etc * 10 or more years of customer-facing experience in sales, sales engineering, consulting or related function * Strong strategic, analytical and tactical skills; must be able to create plans then roll up your sleeves and get things done * Experience in managing technically complex products in a B2B technology environment * Proven ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in writing * Excellent presentation and organizational skills * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, A postgraduate degree and/or record of academic achievement is also desirable What you will have: * Fluency in Mandarin * Attention to Detail * Strong Presentation Skills * Bias to Action * Commitment to continuous learning and improvement * Resilience and adaptability * Customer first focus and attitude * Exceptional problem solving skills * First class communication skills Why Cover Genius?
