DI Labs is seeking a Client Solutions Engineer to serve as the technical expert and trusted advisor for our clients. In this highly client-facing role, you’ll translate customer challenges into manufacturable solutions, ensuring projects move smoothly from concept through production.
You’ll combine your technical knowledge of additive manufacturing with strong communication and documentation skills to deliver innovative solutions and build lasting client relationships.

• Act as the primary technical contact for clients, providing clear, expert guidance.
• Evaluate client needs and develop manufacturing-ready additive solutions.
• Prepare and deliver technical inputs for quotes and proposals.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure quality, cost, and performance goals are met.
• Conduct client demos, presentations, or workshops to showcase DI Labs’ capabilities.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges during prototyping and production.
• Maintain accurate documentation, workflows, and client records in NetSuite CRM.
• Proactively capture and share client feedback to improve processes and solutions.
