We are currently seeking an experienced manager to lead our solution delivery and innovation efforts. The Sentrisk Solutions team plays a crucial role in providing actionable insights to clients and ensuring a 10/10 client experience on the Sentrisk platform. We leverage the Sentrisk platform’s cutting-edge capabilities to solve mission critical problems, balancing scalability and customization. We deliver impact working closely with clients and internal stakeholders on one hand, and with product, engineering and external technology and data vendors on the other.
In this role, you will oversee the development and implementation of customer-facing analytics solutions to address critical business challenges and drive growth for our platform. You will ensure that our offerings are robust and scalable, meet the highest quality standards and are loved by clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive improvements to products and processes or to identify new opportunities to leverage data and analytics.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Client Onboarding: Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to utilize our analytics solutions effectively.
  • Client Delivery Triaging: Assess and prioritize client requests and issues, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolutions.
  • Client/Advocate Communications: Maintain open and proactive communication with clients and Sentrisk advocates, acting as their primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
  • End-to-End Delivery Management: Oversee the entire delivery process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Capacity Planning: Analyse resource requirements and manage team capacity to ensure optimal allocation of resources for client projects.
  • Client Feedback: Gather and analyse client feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance overall client satisfaction.
  • Client Success: Drive initiatives that promote client success, ensuring clients achieve their desired outcomes and realize the full value of our solutions.

The Client Solutions & Innovation Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of our analytics solutions, ensuring seamless client onboarding, effective client and cross-functional communication, and successful solution delivery. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong organizational skills and a passion for client success. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with other teams to ensure Sentrisk’s adoption and impact with clients:

  • Data - to ensure timely issue resolution and enhance our service delivery through improved analytics, automation, process improvements.
  • Product Management – to communicate product feedback, provide input on priorities, communicate desired improvements
  • Commercial / Sales teams – to understand clients needs and relevance of Sentrisk offerings, ensure smooth client handover and support client satisfaction / upsel
