Job Title: Client Solutions Manager (Apprenticeships)
Contract Type: Fixed-Term Contract - 10-Months (Maternity Cover)
Location: Remote. Must live within a 2-hour commute of Lonfon
Salary: £30,000 - £36,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

Our effective learning tools have enabled us to build a diverse client base spanning industries such as media, financial services, government, retail, and several NHS Trusts, among others.
Due to our existing Partnerships Manager going on maternity leave, we are looking for a passionate and dedicated addition to our team to support our clients in the interim. While this is initially a fixed-term contract of roughly 10 months, we are confident that there may be a long-term place at KnowledgeBrief for the successful candidate as we continue to grow.
As our Partnerships Manager, you will play a pivotal role in KnowledgeBrief’s growth and client/partner engagement strategy. This responsibility involves managing and nurturing strategic partnerships while also ensuring the satisfaction and success of individual client accounts. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients from a learning perspective, ensuring they are satisfied with our service and they make KnowledgeBrief their preferred provider of Leadership and Management apprenticeships.
Ideally suited for an individual with experience in the apprenticeship sector, this role focuses on building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients while providing exemplary customer service. You will join the management team of KnowledgeBrief and report directly to the Operations and Quality Director.
