Responsibilities

The Client Solutions team is responsible for campaign execution and success, working closely with the Brand Partnerships team to deliver best-in-class service to clients. The team collaborates with leading agencies and automotive brands in Italy to educate and inform them about the exciting evolution of TikTok as a marketing platform.

  • Educate automotive brands and ecosystem partners (media agencies, creative agencies, consulting firms) on TikTok’s marketing solutions and measurement capabilities.
  • Develop media strategies, planning, and execution to ensure campaign success aligned with business goals.
  • Support the Brand Partnerships Manager and Industry Activation Strategist in pre-sale research, strategy development, and pitch preparation.
  • Define and oversee measurement strategy, tracking, and results delivery.
  • Manage and grow post-sale partner relationships with brands and agencies, ensuring strong engagement and business growth.
  • Present findings and insights in a consultative manner to partners and collaborate with internal teams to provide a holistic solution.
  • Monitor and analyze ad campaigns to identify optimization opportunities for improved performance and scalability.
  • Work directly with product and engineering teams to troubleshoot partner issues on the platform.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and take a consultative, long-term approach to building strong relationships with partners, in collaboration with the Brand Partnerships Manager.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in digital marketing or account management in automotive brands, agencies, or ad tech.
  • Proven track record in managing campaigns across digital platforms and ad tech solutions.
  • Full-funnel advertising campaign experience, including performance marketing.
  • Strong understanding of the digital landscape and a passion for social media and entertainment.
  • As this role is focused on the Southern Europe markets, you will be presenting and leading using the Italian language. Full business fluency in Italian is essential for this roles success.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholder interests and requests simultaneously.
  • Experience in client-facing roles and ability to engage C-Level stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing highly structured business environments.
  • Deep understanding of measurement solutions and how to leverage them to prove TikTok’s value to clients.
