We are expanding and seeking a Client Solutions Manager (CSM) to act as the bridge between our clients and project teams — ensuring smooth communication, accurate proposals, and successful project handoffs.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The CSM is a client-facing role responsible for guiding new opportunities from lead to proposal, capturing site details, and ensuring clients are supported throughout their project lifecycle. This position combines elements of customer success, sales coordination, and project oversight.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years in a client-facing role (project coordinator, account manager, or customer success manager preferred).
  • Familiarity with low-voltage/security industry (CCTV, access control, networking) a plus.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to read site conditions, gather technical notes, and relay details to engineers/techs.
  • Tech-savvy — comfortable with mobile apps (Connecteam, scanning tools, QuickBooks forms).
  • Valid driver’s license; ability to travel across NYC and Long Island for client meetings and site visits.
Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for new client leads and opportunities.
  • Conduct site walkthroughs and 3D scans for project planning.
  • Collect all project information and fill out the Proposal/Estimate form for the Office Manager to create official estimates in QuickBooks.
  • Communicate clearly with clients about timelines, expectations, and project updates.
  • Collaborate with internal roles: Office Manager, Project Manager, Logistics, and Field Teams.
  • Ensure accurate project status updates in Connecteam (Lead → Staging → In Progress → Completed).
  • Obtain sign-offs from clients, CEAV Project Managers, and Field Leads at project completion.
  • Upsell Service & Maintenance Agreements (Silver, Gold, Platinum) to existing clients.
  • Maintain professional relationships with building managers, contractors, and vendors.
