Job Title: Client Solutions Manager (Apprenticeships)
Contract Type: Permanent
Location: Remote. Must live within a 2-hour commute of London
Salary: £30,000 - £36,000 per annum, dependent on experience

Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a passionate and creative Client Solutions Manager to join our team. This role is particularly suited to someone with experience in the apprenticeship sector who is looking to step away from teaching and learning and transition into account management and client relationships. If you’re eager to apply your apprenticeship expertise in a strategic, client-facing role, this could be the perfect next step in your career.
Reporting into the Quality and Compliance Manager, you will take on a key role in building and maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring the successful delivery of apprenticeship programs. Acting as a trusted partner, you will collaborate with clients to understand their needs, provide outstanding support, and implement initiatives to enhance engagement. This role requires a proactive and strategic mindset, with occasional travel to meet clients and working closely with internal teams including marketing, commercial, and delivery to drive client satisfaction and retention.
