Overview:
Our Private Client Solutions team is growing! As the Client Solutions Manager reporting to the Vice President of Private Client Solutions, you will be working directly with clients in delivering the world-class customer service Gallagher is so well known for. You will effectively be handling a Private Client book of business, guiding and advising clients through their policy renewal cycle, handling policy changes, cross boarder services, or resolving billing issues, you will get the opportunity to work through it all!
Work Environment Hybrid (Agile) – We at Gallagher enjoy the benefits of working remotely while also collaborating and interacting with each other in the office. This position can be based out of Gallagher’s office locations in Mississauga, Markham or Downtown Toronto!
How you’ll make an impact:
- Supporting a designated portfolio of clientele, playing a meaningful role in business retention and building upon customer relationships.
- Analysis of accounts at renewal, taking the vital steps in placing coverage required by the client, re-marketing when required, building relationships with underwriters, adhering to binding authority set out by carriers.
- Respond to client inquiries quickly and efficiently, maintaining the quick turnaround time for any actions required on behalf of the client.
- Determine upselling and cross-selling opportunities, driving the creation of quality leads, working with Account Executives in binding the client.
- Consistently acting to upgrade insurance market knowledge, staying ahead of new products and policy updates.
About you:

- Always maintaining a keen eye for detail comes easy and is key part of what has made you successful in your past roles.
- Highly tech-savvy, with an ability to learn new systems, tools and processes.
- Knowledge and expertise of the High Net Worth markets and it’s Underwriting appetite.
- 5+ years of experience working in Personal Insurance ideally within a Brokerage environment.
- 3+ years of Account Management experience working within Private Client Services.
- Pursuing or willingness to pursue relevant insurance certifications or education (i.e. CIP, CAIB, CRM) highly preferred.
- Knowledge of ARS and EPIC considered a strong asset.
- Being in a fast-paced, dynamic environment brings out the best in you.
- Comprehensive and effective verbal/written communication skills.
- RIBO Licensing in good standing. Additional provincial licensing across canada considered a plus. #LI-SS1 #LI-Hybrid
