The Role: The Client Solutions Specialist plays a crucial role in establishing new relationships through targeted emails, cold calls, and social media outreach, while delivering exceptional customer service. This position works closely with Solution Executives and Client Partnership teams to ensure seamless handoff of qualified opportunities. Collaboration is key—you will partner with sales and marketing teams to craft messaging, execute campaigns, and share insights that drive growth. Key Responsibilities: The Client Solutions Specialist will have the following key responsibilities, which include, but are not limited to: Initiate and hand off pre-qualified opportunities to Client Partnership Executives (CPE), Directors (CPD), Managers (CPM), and Solution Executives (SE). Research and identify target accounts, key stakeholders, and high-probability prospects. Execute outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and social outreach; qualify inbound leads. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop messaging and campaigns. Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and ensure CRM data integrity. Track and report on KPIs (calls, emails, meetings booked, pipeline contribution). Identify healthcare market trends and share insights with the team. Utilize tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, 6sense, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Definitive, HubSpot. Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 3+ years in sales or customer-facing roles (internships count). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Resilient, goal-oriented, and comfortable with high-volume outreach. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal Strong attention to detail and ability to organize and prioritize tasks Ability to work well under pressure and within time constraints Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment Additional Details: Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time Availability to work occasional nights and weekends as business needs arise Nordic is an equal opportunity employer.
