Client Solutions Specialist Pointwest Innovations Corporation is strengthening its enterprise solutions team and is looking for a Client Solutions Specialist / Sales Executive who is passionate about consultative selling and delivering real business impact. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end sales cycle for Pointwest’s enterprise technology and digital solutions—engaging senior stakeholders, uncovering business needs, and positioning the right solutions to drive long-term customer value. You will work closely with presales, delivery, product, and partner teams while embodying Pointwest’s core values of Leadership, Excellence, and Innovation, and contributing to a culture of Agility, Accountability, Collaboration, Innovation, and Customer Centricity. Key Responsibilities (Summary) Customer & Stakeholder Engagement Build trusted relationships with enterprise clients, including IT and business leaders. Conduct discovery sessions to understand client needs and translate them into tailored, value-driven solutions. Clearly communicate solution benefits, business outcomes, and ROI. Business Growth & Sales Execution Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across Pointwest’s solution portfolio. Manage a healthy sales pipeline from opportunity identification through deal closure. Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial terms, and lead deal negotiations. Support account expansion and cross-selling initiatives. Collaboration & Ways of Working Collaborate with presales, delivery, product, and partner teams to develop and close winning solutions. Ensure accurate CRM usage, forecasting, and reporting. Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and Pointwest capabilities. Continuous Development Continuously build knowledge in enterprise solutions such as automation, quality engineering, AI/data workflows, and enterprise platforms. Participate in training, certifications, and marketing or partner activities. Share insights and best practices to support team and organizational growth. Key Performance Indicators (Summary) Achievement of sales targets and revenue growth Quality and value of a qualified sales pipeline Deal win rate and sales cycle efficiency Customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth CRM accuracy and forecast reliability Completion of required training and demonstrated skills development Qualifications Experience 2+ years of experience in technology or enterprise solutions sales (5+ years preferred for senior-level candidates). Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Experience engaging senior stakeholders and managing complex sales cycles. Exposure to automation, quality engineering, data/AI, or enterprise platforms is an advantage.
