Job Description What is the Opportunity? RBC Dominion Securities (RBC DS) is seeking a dedicated Client Solutions Specialist (CSS) to join our Ontario team. This role is focused on ensuring RBC DS clients are seamlessly transitioned to the most suitable RBC platform based on their unique needs. As a CSS, you will engage directly with clients from the following RBC DS branches: Burlington, Etobicoke, Hamilton, Mississauga, Oakville, St. Catharines, Kingston, and Peterborough. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct in-depth discovery discussions and collaborate with internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth transitions Key Responsibilities: Proactively engage clients through structured discovery conversations to comprehensively understand their objectives and service needs. Assess and recommend the optimal RBC platform for each client, ensuring a smooth transition to RBC partners. Manage client inquiries and administrative tasks efficiently, maintaining accurate records in the contact management system. Foster strong collaborative relationships with colleagues across RBC’s diverse platforms. Partner with RBC DS management and advisory teams to facilitate seamless client transitions. Deliver presentations at RBC DS branches to promote awareness of the CSS program. Qualifications & Requirements: Must-Have: Active registration as a Registered Representative (RR) or Investment Representative (IR) with CIRO. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. Proven ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong commitment to teamwork, collaboration, and client-centric solutions. Nice-to-Have: Familiarity with RBC’s investment products and service offerings across platforms (e.g., RBC Direct Investing, RBC InvestEase, RBC Royal Bank, RBC Dominion Securities, RBC Insurance).
