Description Community Support Professional – Enhanced Family Care We are seeking a compassionate and engaging individual to provide community-based support to an adult participant enrolled in our Enhanced Family Care program. The individual supported is an energetic young adult who enjoys being active in the community and participating in a variety of scheduled activities throughout the day. This role involves picking up the participant at their home in the morning, providing transportation to community locations and activities, and returning them home in the afternoon. The person supported benefits from a caregiver who brings a positive attitude, a sense of humor, and an ability to build rapport. While there are some mental health considerations, this role does not require assistance with personal care, mobility, or feeding. The ideal candidate would be comfortable with the LGBTQ+ community. Responsibilities include: Providing transportation to and from community activities Supporting engagement in daily routines and scheduled outings Encouraging independence while ensuring safety and support Building a respectful, supportive relationship Ideal candidates will have: A fun, engaging personality and good sense of humor Comfort supporting adults with mental health needs Reliability and the ability to transport an individual in the community Strong communication and interpersonal skills This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact while supporting independence and community inclusion. M-F 9:00am - 3:00pm $20/hour
