We are looking for a Client Strategist to join our Client Service team! The ideal candidate will help support the overall client strategy, acting as the main point of contact (PoC) for client-related inquiries, and assist in delegating tasks to the appropriate teams. You will help track the progress of active projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet quality standards, while looking for opportunities to add extra value for clients. In this role, you will have the chance to assist in pitching and presenting to both existing and potential clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and help provide solutions that align with their business goals, ensuring client satisfaction throughout. This role reports directly to the Client Partner and involves collaborating with different teams to ensure smooth project delivery and high-quality service. Responsibilities: Act as the main PoC for all client inquiries, ensuring seamless communication and swift resolution of issues. Understand client needs and provide consultancy about KINESSO’s products and services. Collaborate with Client Partner and Media Activation as well as SEO, eCRM and Data & Analytics teams to help develop strategies that meet clients' business objectives. Monitor the goals and KPI’s of clients to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. Coordinate with the Activation team for suggestions/corrective actions. Address customer escalations, concerns and queries in a timely and accurate manner Identify up-/cross-selling opportunities. Participate in new business presentations and meetings. Prepare and present client performance reviews. Provide regular updates to agencies and clients on campaigns performance. Act as a representative of KINESSO, helping to educate clients and IPG agencies about our offerings under supervision. Qualifications & Requirements: 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing and client relationship management, preferably within an agency or other dynamic setting. Strong client communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships and provide strategic guidance. Familiar with preparing client presentations. Experience with project management tools is highly desirable. A strategic mindset, with a focus on understanding client needs and identifying business growth opportunities. Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work across transversal teams to ensure successful execution of client projects. Familiarity with invoicing processes and financial management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience using these tools on a daily basis. Superior time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities. Fluency in English and Greek (both written and spoken).
