About the Role We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Strategist to manage and grow a portfolio of accounts. In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact for clients, guiding them through onboarding, strategy execution, and performance optimization. You will play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional results. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role that requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication Lead onboarding processes and set clear expectations with clients Conduct monthly strategy reviews and present performance insights Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and drive growth Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, PPC, web development) to execute strategies Address client requests, questions, and concerns in a timely manner Monitor client performance and ensure alignment with internal success metrics Support senior team members on strategic initiatives when needed Participate in team meetings, trainings, and process improvements 1–2 years of experience in account management or client-facing roles within a marketing agency Basic understanding of SEO, PPC, and website development Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving mindset with a “go-getter” attitude Ability to work during US business hours Experience in the legal industry is a plus (not required) Salary: $2,000 USD per month 100% remote – work from anywhere in LATAM Year-end bonus based on performance and company results Flexible and generous PTO policy Opportunity for professional growth and development Collaborative, supportive, and high-performing team environment Eligibility Criteria: This position is only open to candidates residing in Latin American (LATAM) countries, such as: Applications from candidates outside LATAM (including the U.S. and other regions) will not be considered.
