About MGA Research Corporation:

With ten strategic locations across North America, MGA has established a strong reputation for delivering superior testing capabilities and unwavering customer service. This position will be located at the Troy, MI facility.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage deep understanding of MGA products and services to optimize engagement with our customer base.
  • Manage the company-wide quoting strategy and database.
  • Drive internal communication and brand guidance across locations to ensure a consistent customer experience.
  • Create, execute, and optimize business-to-business proposals and quotations for current and prospective clients at both a corporate and regional level.
  • Participate in off-site client meetings to drive business growth.
  • Consistently monitor and understand industry trends and news events that would affect key client relationships or MGA.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong technical writing skills with proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Digital marketing experience in Adobe suite is a plus.
  • Willingness and ability to independently learn and stay abreast in key industry trends and tools to continuously optimize customer engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Can excel with contributions at both a personal and team level.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a creative mindset and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of sales & marketing principles and techniques.
