ABOUT THE ROLE – CLIENT SUCCESS SPECIALIST

As a Client Success Specialist at UpdatePromise, you’ll play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our dealership partners. You will serve as the frontline advocate for our clients, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our platform. This is a dynamic, client-facing position ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, problem-solving, and driving long-term success for our partners in the automotive industry.

WHAT ARE SOME THINGS YOU WILL BE DOING?

  1. Training and servicing new clients on the full suite of our products.
  2. Follow-up support with existing clients once they are fully onboarded.
  3. Building meaningful industry relationships to help keep existing clients and find new potential clients.
  4. Traveling throughout the country to manage accounts to help ensure their success.
  5. Data analysis and translating that data into thoughtful recommendations for training of service personnel.
