Location: Fully Remote (South Africa) Company: Remote Recruitment Engagement: Full-Time Compensation: R10,000 – R16,000/month Training: Included About the Role We are seeking a warm, proactive Client Success Assistant to support UK-based businesses in delivering exceptional experiences to their customers. You will be the first point of contact for client queries, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and relationships are maintained to the highest standard. This role is ideal for someone who is empathetic, organised, and passionate about helping people. Key Responsibilities Respond to client queries via email, live chat, and ticketing systems in a timely and professional manner Onboard new clients and guide them through product or service features Monitor client accounts to proactively identify and resolve potential issues Liaise with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client concerns Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in the CRM Gather client feedback and share insights with the team to improve service delivery Requirements 1+ year of experience in customer support, client success, or account management Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Strong problem-solving abilities and a client-first mindset Comfortable working with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Zendesk, Freshdesk) Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously Patient, empathetic, and professional under pressure Equipment & Setup Reliable laptop or desktop computer Stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps) Quiet, dedicated home workspace Backup power solution (UPS or inverter recommended) What's on Offer Competitive salary of R10,000 – R16,000/month Fully remote — work from anywhere in South Africa Comprehensive training and onboarding Supportive team culture with regular check-ins and feedback Career growth opportunities into senior client success or account management roles Work with exciting UK brands across diverse industries
