You will manage and grow relationships with some of the most sophisticated Credit investors in the US market. This is not a passive support role. You will be expected to proactively activate users, drive expert call engagement, and contribute directly to revenue growth within your assigned book. You’ll work alongside Account Managers, but you will own activation, engagement, and pipeline momentum. If you want exposure to how Credit funds actually deploy capital and you’re motivated by measurable impact, this role offers real responsibility from day one. What you'll do: Own activation and engagement KPIs across your assigned Credit book (CLOs, BDCs, private credit, leveraged finance, special situations) Execute structured outreach cadences to increase transcript usage and expert call volume Identify and source new expert call opportunities aligned to client mandates Proactively uncover new user and product opportunities within existing accounts Drive trial engagement and convert trial users into recurring, active users Monitor account health metrics including activation, call activity, renewal risk, and revenue contribution Prepare targeted expert and transcript recommendations tied to client strategy and market developments Lead client calls confidently, ask probing questions, and position solutions effectively Collaborate daily with your Account Manager and Project Managers to execute account growth plans Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene, activity reporting, and dashboard tracking Operate with urgency in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment Qualifications What will you bring? Experience in a client-facing, quota-bearing, or commercially accountable role Demonstrated history of hitting performance targets in a structured environment Strong verbal communicator comfortable leading client calls and asking thoughtful, commercial questions Curious about credit markets and how investment teams generate alpha Comfortable discussing emerging AI tools and how they impact investment research workflows Curious about how technology is reshaping credit investing and willing to stay ahead of it Comfortable engaging directly with Associates, VPs, and investment professionals Highly organized with strong follow-through and personal accountability Commercially driven and motivated by measurable outcomes Comfortable working with dashboards, CRM systems, and performance data Resilient, persistent, and energized by high standards Additional Information How will you be rewarded?
