BASE QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1–3 years experience in food production, service operations, or customer-facing roles.
  • Hands-on experience with machinery, automated systems, or technical processes.
  • Strong attention to hygiene, food safety, and operational detail.
  • Professional, service-oriented communication style.
  • Fluent in German (required); English proficiency a plus.
  • A proactive, dependable, and structured approach to fieldwork.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in food tech, automation, or robotics operations.
  • Interest in technology, customer success, or partner management.
  • Comfort in fast-paced, feedback-driven environments.
Responsibilities

As Client Success Associate – Food Robotics Operations, you are responsible for operating and maintaining our robotic food production units directly at customer sites — ensuring daily readiness, seamless operation, and reliable system performance.
This is a hands-on, field-based role focused on operational success delivery, food safety, and proactive partner support. You ensure that our robotics solutions integrate smoothly into each customer’s daily operations while maintaining high service standards.
You’ll collaborate with internal teams to share operational insights and drive continuous improvement, ensuring both technical performance and customer satisfaction.
