This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Client Success Associate - Midwest in United States. In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to institutional clients, helping them optimize and digitize their investment workflows, ESG reporting, and operational due diligence processes. You will lead client onboarding, drive platform adoption, and deliver measurable value across accounts. Your work will include consulting on integrations, advising on best practices, and providing training to ensure clients leverage the platform fully. You will maintain strong client relationships, monitor engagement, and identify expansion opportunities. This position offers a fast-paced, collaborative environment with opportunities to influence the investment management ecosystem while working remotely in the Midwest. \n Accountabilities: Lead strategic onboarding for new institutional clients, tailoring platform configurations to complex diligence workflows. Monitor account health and engagement, anticipating client needs and driving strong retention outcomes. Serve as a subject-matter expert on platform capabilities, including RFP, DDQ, and workflow automation. Advise clients on API integrations and data connectivity to optimize operational efficiency. Manage renewals and collaborate with Account Management to identify expansion and upsell opportunities. Capture client feedback and translate it into actionable insights for Product and Engineering teams. Deliver client education through webinars, training sessions, and best-practice sharing to promote adoption and community engagement. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in Customer/Client Success within FinTech or B2B SaaS. Strong familiarity with investment management clients, including Asset Managers, Hedge Funds, Private Equity, or Institutional Allocators. Technical expertise, including API integrations and SQL for reporting, querying, or troubleshooting. Strong executive presence and comfort engaging senior stakeholders (COOs, CCOs, Portfolio Managers). Problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze workflows and drive solutions. Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, or a related field. Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills, with a client-first orientation.
