Job Description : Streamline client account management process, enhancing operational efficiency and improve overall client satisfaction. Excellent communication skills to attend/resolve client issues on calls/Tickets/Mail. Facilitate effective communication between clients and the development team, reducing turnaround time and ensure product meet the client's requirements. Gather and analyze the client feedback to enhance product features and drive continuous improvement. Develop and nurture strong relationships with major industry players. Work cross-functionally with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Open to work in 24*7 Shifts, rotational weekly off, working from office environment Stay up to date on the latest technologies and trends. Qualifications: Any Graduate. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
