  • ️ Build Seamless Automations
  • Set up CRM workflows, lead routing, follow-up sequences, and booking logic
  • Use tools like Zapier, n8n, GoHighLevel, and HubSpot to integrate systems

  • QA and test obsessively before going live
Responsibilities

You’ll be leading the charge—designing world-class onboarding experiences, building automations that save clients hours (or days), and turning everything you touch into a repeatable, scalable system.
You’ll wear the hats of strategist, systems architect, builder, and team lead. You’ll own the entire onboarding and automation pipeline—and build out the department underneath you.
