JOB SUMMARY
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our Client Success team. As a Client Success Coordinator, you will support new account implementation, maintain accurate client data, and respond to client questions for lower-tier licenses. You’ll also work closely with Client Success Managers (CSMs) to surface usage trends, generate reports, and facilitate license renewals.
Your role is key to ensuring that our clients have the tools, knowledge, and support they need to activate their licenses, increase engagement, and renew successfully. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, and IT to deliver a stellar client experience.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about customer success, excited by data and process improvements, and interested in global learning solutions.
