Benafica is seeking a Client Success Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for our employers, employees, and clients. Your responsibilities will include overseeing billing and payment processes, managing client accounts, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure accurate billing, resolve discrepancies, and provide guidance on benefit plans.

EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in billing, accounts payable/receivable, and/or customer support.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Self-starter who takes initiative to identify problems and lead by example.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with partners and carriers.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve inconsistencies and errors.
  • Maintain accurate records for each client in the CRM, including clerical and census information.
  • Provide customer service and product knowledge to clients, responding to inquiries via phone or email.
  • Present, communicate, and educate clients on changes as needed.
  • Coordinate external and internal implementations of new groups as necessary.
  • Audit and ensure accurate billing for clients.
  • Follow all federal and state regulations, and best practices for avoiding errors and omissions.
