(DHi) is seeking a Client Support Coordinator to provide direct assistance to client services teams, ensure accurate recordkeeping, and support daily client operations. The ideal candidate will help maintain smooth workflows and high client satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail. Key ResponsibilitiesClient Assistance Respond to client inquiries and requests in a timely manner. Track client accounts and maintain accurate documentation. Support onboarding and account management tasks. Reporting & Compliance Generate reports on client activity and program performance. Ensure compliance with internal standards and policies. Assist with audits and documentation as needed. Cross-Functional Collaboration Coordinate with client services, operations, and account management teams. Support leadership initiatives for client satisfaction and workflow improvement. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in client support, client services, or administrative roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/ATS platforms. Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Ability to manage confidential client information responsibly. Preferred Qualifications Experience in government contracting or defense client support. Familiarity with client onboarding and support processes.
