Purpose
The Sales and Client Success Coordinator supports sales and project teams by translating client needs into clear, actionable plans. This role blends early-stage business development, product research, and project coordination—while also playing a key part in managing Day 2 client needs and providing ongoing support for existing accounts. It’s a foundation-building position designed to prepare future leaders in business development, account management, and planning.
Key Responsibilities

Solution Synthesis

  • Understand project goals, timelines, and constraints to support tailored product strategies.
  • Collaborate with Business Development (BD), Account Management (AM), and Project Directors to align client intent with product solutions and vendor capabilities.

Product Research & Vendor Coordination

  • Conduct focused product research based on design, budget, and functional requirements.
  • Liaise with manufacturers to gather pricing, lead times, and specifications.
  • Organize and distill product information into usable formats (quotes, presentations, databases).

Visual Storytelling & Client Experience

  • Support the development of client-facing decks, mood boards, and look books.
  • Source and organize finish samples for client presentations.
  • Attend client meetings as a support partner—note-taking, managing follow-up.
  • Handle Day 2 and post-install support needs with professionalism and polish.

Sales & Project Support

  • Maintain accurate CRM data, assist with scheduling, and track opportunities.
  • Manage internal tasks like quote requests, vendor communication, and order prep.
  • Curate ancillary product packages for cohesive solutions.
  • Support warranty claims, reorders, and small client change requests.
  • Gain proficiency in CORE, CAP2020, and other tools to quote, order, and track efficiently.

What Success Looks Like

  • High-quality presentations, pricing packages, and follow-ups are delivered on time.
  • Improved meeting conversion, pipeline velocity, and client satisfaction.
  • Internal teams (BD, AM, Project Directors, Ops) feel supported and informed.
  • Day 2 and ongoing client needs are handled smoothly.
  • Clients report a polished experience from start to finish.
  • Confident and accurate use of CORE, CAP2020, and related tools.
