PRE-CONTRACT & COMMERCIAL COORDINATION

  • Assist with pre-contract administration, including client onboarding, collating compliance documentation, and confirming scope, rates, and terms.
  • Liaise with legal and commercial teams (or external consultants) to coordinate timely review and execution of contracts.
  • Ensure smooth handover of confirmed engagements to delivery teams.

KEY SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a client-first mindset.
  • Comfortable coordinating across multiple departments and deadlines.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms, and proposal tools.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years’ experience in a client-facing or coordination role in a consulting, engineering, or professional services environment.
  • Experience with tendering processes and proposal writing highly regarded.

The Client Success Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting business development, client engagement, and project delivery functions. This position ensures seamless coordination across the client lifecycle—from initial contact through to proposal development, contract finalisation, invoicing, and post-project follow-up. The role enhances client satisfaction, contributes to revenue growth, and supports internal systems and workflows related to client success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESBUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & TENDER SUPPORT

  • Assist in the identification and tracking of business opportunities and market intelligence.
  • Coordinate and contribute to the preparation of capability statements, EOIs, proposals, and tender submissions.
  • Maintain and update proposal content libraries and CRM systems.
  • Support the development of client presentations and pitch materials.
