CLIENT SUCCESS COORDINATOR

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Proficiency in software applications including Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and inventory management systems.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, with proven ability to resolve issues effectively.
· Interest in technology and demonstrated ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues.
· Experience with inventory management is considered an asset.
· High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills.
· Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also being a collaborative team player.
This is a full-time permanent position with an attractive compensation package including benefits, pension matching, and other employee incentives. This is an in-office role located in Fredericton, New Brunswick.

Responsibilities

· Deliver outstanding customer service via phone and email communication
· Troubleshoot an array of security products and services
· Documentation of work orders, service reports and client interactions
· Update client accounts
· Coordinate service appointments, and manage and maintain service schedules
· Work closely with other departments to address client inquiries in a timely manner
· Order, receive, and distribute parts in the warehouse
· Work closely with vendors and suppliers to facilitate product procurement
· Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels
· Fulfill office needs, including cutting/duplicating keys utilizing key cutting machines, and building cores
· Maintain the office environment and perform general office administrative duties, including safety inspections and ordering office supplies
· Other duties as required
