ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a systems-focused, proactive team player to step into our Sales Support Specialist role within the Client Success team.
You’ll play a vital role in building strong foundations for restaurant partners while supporting our Sales and Client Success teams to deliver exceptional results. This is a fully remote role, open to candidates across the UK (London preferred).

This role sits within our global Client Success team and acts as the engine room for new partner success in the UK. You’ll coordinate partner onboarding, ensure data accuracy in our systems, and contribute to process improvements that help us scale.
