Description

Overview
We’re looking for a Client Success Executive who’s passionate about making a difference — and loves turning conversations into partnerships. This role is key to helping us grow our impact in workplaces by managing client relationships and driving sales for our well-being programmes and products.
You’ll be the bridge between us and our corporate clients — from the first pitch to the final proposal — helping them understand how we can support their teams in cultivating well-being. You’ll also play a critical role in supporting internal coordination to ensure smooth delivery of projects (without actually leading the implementation).
Your Key Outcomes
Drive Sales – Generate sales from workplace clients for our well-being programmes, journals, games, and other products.
Manage Relationships – Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients across the sales and delivery journey.
Design Solutions – Design solutions and write winning proposals, pitch decks, and sales materials that clearly show how we solve client challenges.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead meetings and pitch sessions with workplace clients (corporates, and government organisations).
  • Manage day-to-day communication and maintain great relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Prepare proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Coordinate with our internal team to ensure seamless project handover and delivery (you’re not delivering — just making sure it gets there).
  • Track and follow up on leads, renewals, and opportunities.
  • Help us improve and build better sales and account management processes as we grow.

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You:

  • Enjoy relationship building and are energised by conversations.
  • Are target-driven and excited about growing our reach.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently — both in writing and in person.
  • Are organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Can work independently while staying aligned with team processes.
  • Are adaptable, quick to learn, and comfortable in a fast-changing environment.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in sales, account management, or project coordination
  • A keen interest in well-being, learning, or workplace culture

Why Join Us
We’re a social enterprise on a mission to make well-being skills accessible to all. We take research seriously — and play seriously too. You’ll get to work closely with the co-founders and shape how we grow in the workplace space.
If you’re someone who loves people, purpose, and the occasional post-it-filled brainstorm — we’d love to meet you.
