SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Business Intelligence tools (e.g. PowerBI, Metabase, Tableau).
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python or R for statistical programming.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, goal-focused insights.
  • Comfortable communicating with non-experts and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in digital advertising (DSPs, SSPs, Ad exchanges) is preferable.
  • Up to date on industry trends and able to articulate them confidently.
  • Strong team player with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and global collaboration.
Responsibilities

PURPOSE

We are looking for a highly motivated and personable Client Insights Manager to join our growing team. This hybrid role blends client success and data-driven insight generation, supporting our Data, Product, and Client Success teams across EMEA and the US.
You’ll be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, interpreting data to uncover strategic insights, and delivering compelling presentations that drive campaign performance and client satisfaction. You’ll also play a key role in pitching, upselling, and supporting new business development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

Client Success & Relationship Management

  • Define and execute insights strategy across product offerings.
  • Manage a portfolio of advertisers and agencies, launching campaigns and aligning internal resources to meet goals.
  • Build and grow client relationships, anticipating needs and identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Lead client communications, including proposals, pitches, and ongoing relationship-building.
  • Attend industry events and network to expand your client base and pipeline.

Insights & Data Strategy

  • Collaborate with Data teams to request, analyse, and interpret data from multiple sources.
  • Create engaging decks and presentations to showcase insights and campaign recommendations.
  • Manage the Automated Insights Product, including audits, support, and iterative development.
  • Act as the point person for all insights queries and operational strategies.

Sales, Marketing & Operations

  • Partner with marketing to surface insights for campaigns and social content.
  • Provide insights for sales enablement and RFP collateral.
