As we continue to grow, we seek a highly organized and proactive Client Success Manager. The Client Success Manager will be the primary point of contact for new clients, ensuring successful onboarding and ongoing satisfaction throughout the customer's lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator, skilled at managing multiple priorities, and highly collaborative across internal departments and external partners. Key Responsibilities: · Own the end-to-end client experience post-sale, from onboarding to ongoing relationship management · Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring timely and effective communication across multiple platforms (email, phone, portals, etc.) · Coordinate with internal operations, service delivery, and sales teams to ensure service commitments and expectations are met · Develop a deep understanding of each client’s unique needs and priorities to ensure alignment and satisfaction · Track milestones, deliverables, and performance metrics during onboarding and service execution · Proactively identify issues or risks and work cross-functionally to resolve them · Maintain accurate account information, documentation, and updates in CRM and project tracking tools · Prepare and lead regular client check-ins and status updates · Gather feedback and share insights to help improve internal processes and the customer experience Other Responsibilities: · Perform additional duties as assigned. · Adhering to AlffCo values and professionalism · Weekends/nights may be required Requirements Requirements Qualifications · 3+ years of experience in account management or customer success roles · Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport quickly · Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent multi-tasking capabilities · Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously · Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills; thrives in a team-oriented environment · Experience using communication, CRM, and task management platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, Service Channel) · Knowledge of or interest in the facilities maintenance industry is a plus Desired Qualifications · Must reside in, be within reasonable commuting distance of, or be willing to relocate to Omaha, Nebraska to support close collaboration with our on-site teams. · Extremely detail-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to manage complex tasks, ensure accuracy, and uphold brand consistency across all materials and platforms. · Prior experience working across both operations and sales environments, with a strong understanding of cross-functional collaboration and business alignment. · Proven ability to facilitate an exceptional onboarding experience for clients or stakeholders, ensuring a seamless and engaging transition into services or partnerships. · Strong problem-solving and support mindset, with a proactive approach to identifying needs, resolving challenges, and enhancing internal and external experiences. Computer Skills Quick learning ability for new database programs, proficient communication, navigation such as proficient knowledge of Salesforce, Microsoft Office applications, Teams, and SharePoint.
