We are always looking for exceptional talent to join us on the journey! Your mission We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Client Success Manager to help reach our APAC ambitions. You will be managing key account relationships across multiple industries and channels for our cross-border merchants. The ideal candidate is a born networker who thrives in a fast-paced, diverse, and entrepreneurial environment. At least 5-8 years of experience managing enterprise-level clients in a fast-paced & dynamic environment Knowledge of payment and acquiring is a must You're a high-energy, dynamic, hands-on self-starter with a proven commercial edge and entrepreneurial drive You enjoy working in uncertain situations, and you can deal with ambiguity You're an excellent communicator who can build relations at all levels You have good analytical skills You are a very detailed person You can work seamlessly with a global, multicultural team Fluent in Mandarin and proficient in English Travel required (~10%) Responsibilities Be fully responsible for the success and satisfaction of your merchants Building strong relationships with key contacts Build and sustain relationships with key merchant stakeholders, and leverage those relationships to drive the best possible merchant experience Work and collaborate with colleagues in the Global Nuvei Team Annual leave - 23 days.
