We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Client Success Manager to join our team. I You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and driving customer satisfaction. Your expertise in project management, account management, and customer relationship management will be essential in guiding clients through their journey with us.

• Manage new member inquiries, serving as a welcoming first point of contact and guiding prospects through their initial journey with CFE.
• Conduct regular check-ins to provide motivation and maintain accountability.
• Plan and execute member events (challenges, socials, workshops) to boost engagement and community spirit.
• Be a constant source of positivity and support for our members.
• Collaborate with coaches to create a seamless and motivating client experience.
• Assist with social media and marketing tasks.
• Provide training and support to clients on member apps.
• Identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth while maintaining customer satisfaction.
