  • Manage new member inquiries, serving as a welcoming first point of contact and guiding prospects through their initial journey with CFE.
  • Conduct regular check-ins to provide motivation and maintain accountability.
  • Plan and execute member events (challenges, socials, workshops) to boost engagement and community spirit.
  • Be a constant source of positivity and support for our members.
  • Collaborate with coaches to create a seamless and motivating client experience.
  • Assist with social media and marketing tasks.
  • Provide training and support to clients on member apps.
  • Identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth while maintaining customer satisfaction.
