JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated, personable, and detail-oriented Client Success Manager to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued property management & attorney clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their success with Connect2Court’s services. The role will split time between sales and account management/client retention, and will be working closely with our VP of Operations & VP of Business Development. Our ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver, adept at communication, comfortable with B2B sales and thrives in a fast-paced environment. If that sounds like you, send us your resume!

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree (4-year) in Business, Communications, Criminal Justice, Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience with sales – Cold calling, email communications, in-person sales.
  • Experience with client management - Relationship building, follow-ups, etc.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly personable and professional demeanor, comfortable with frequent client interaction over the phone and email.
  • Demonstrated creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, developing strong, long-lasting client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.
  • Communicate effectively with clients via phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings, addressing their questions, providing updates, and resolving any issues.
  • Identify client needs and work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure timely and effective solutions.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and engagement with Connect2Court’s offerings.
  • Exhibit creative thinking to address unique client challenges and propose innovative solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver client reports and presentations as needed.
  • Collaborate with sales, product development, and support teams to optimize the client experience.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of client success processes and strategies
  • Assist with daily operational tasks as-needed to ensure client needs are being met.
