We are seeking a Client Success Manager to join our distributed team at Virtual DBS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth through successful client engagements. QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• 2+ years of experience in client success or account management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve client goals
• Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
• Monitor client health and address any issues or concerns
• Track key account metrics and provide regular reports to management

THE PAY RANGE FOR THIS ROLE IS:

26 - 30 USD per hour(Remote (Indianapolis, Indiana, US)
