THE ROLE

We’re hiring a Client Success Manager to be our client ambassador and the operational owner of client-facing admin, plus the coordinator for software integrations (EHR ↔ LIS, portals, billing). You’ll keep providers happy, orders clean, and projects moving across multiple vendors.
