Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As a Client Success Manager, you will be the trusted advisor to our clients, ensuring they maximize the value of our software solutions. From onboarding and training to strategic planning and renewals, you will proactively engage with customers, guiding them through their digital journey.
You’ll work closely with C-suite executives, IT leaders, and business teams, helping them implement best practices, navigate change, and scale their digital adoption. Your success is measured by customer retention, growth, and advocacy.
