Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Understand client requirements and prepare detailed project briefs.
• Coordinate with the design, production, procurement, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, project timelines, and work orders.
• Follow up on approvals, artwork, shop drawings, and production schedules.
• Monitor project progress and keep clients updated throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage multiple signage and branding projects simultaneously.
• Attend client meetings and site visits when required.
• Resolve client concerns promptly and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for project requirements.
• Ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Support the accounts team in payment follow-ups and invoice coordination.
