Agency-side | Ecommerce & Shopify The Opportunity We’re partnering with a well-established ecommerce and Shopify-focused agency to find a Client Success Manager who can own client relationships and delivery end to end. This role sits at the intersection of client management, project delivery, and ecommerce growth. You’ll be responsible for ensuring projects and retainers are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard, while proactively guiding clients toward commercial outcomes. What You’ll Be Doing Owning multiple client projects and retainers simultaneously Acting as the main point of contact for clients, from discovery through delivery Translating client goals into clear scopes, timelines, and delivery plans Coordinating designers, developers, and internal teams to keep work moving Establishing and tracking milestones, budgets, and delivery health Driving ecommerce growth initiatives across CRO, AOV, retention, and revenue Maintaining accurate project status in project management tools Partnering with leadership on budget oversight and delivery improvements Continuously improving internal processes and ways of working What We’re Looking For 3+ years’ experience in a digital or ecommerce agency environment Strong project and client management capability Hands-on experience delivering web and digital projects Shopify and ecommerce platform exposure Solid understanding of UX, design principles, and web technologies Confident stakeholder management and clear client communication Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle competing priorities Comfortable translating business requirements into practical solutions Nice to Have Project Management certification or equivalent industry experience Exposure to social, digital, or performance strategy Why This Role High level of client ownership and visibility Strong collaboration with delivery, design, and leadership teams Opportunity to influence how projects are delivered, not just manage them Work with ecommerce brands focused on growth, not just output
