We’re looking for a proactive, highly organized, and growth-oriented Client Success Manager who is passionate about supporting health-focused businesses. • Serve as the primary contact for your roster of health and wellness clients — build strong relationships and keep them informed and engaged.
• Host regular client strategy meetings to review progress, present results, and identify new opportunities.
• Develop and maintain project timelines and implementation plans to keep work moving smoothly and efficiently.
• Proactively identify growth and optimization opportunities that align with clients’ business goals.
• Support new client onboarding and help new team members ramp up successfully.
