KAYAK is seeking a highly motivated Client Success Manager to work exclusively with our digital advertising partners. This position will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve the client’s performance and success and drive renewal.
To be successful, you need to have a deep understanding of the digital advertising space and client satisfaction, be detail-oriented, and have outstanding analytical skills. You will work closely with KAYAK’s ad sales and commercial teams. You are a self-starter who enjoys being creative and can thrive in an agile, dynamic, and data-driven environment.
This position is based in London and we expect candidates to commute to the office 3 times per week.
This position is a Parental Cover for 15 months.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the communication and relationships of advertising campaigns
  • Deliver high-impact projects and campaigns
  • Analytically track and optimize campaigns to best meet client goals and objectives
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to build and maintain relationships with clients, which include ongoing strategic consultation and support
  • Provide optimization recommendations and assist with deck creation
  • Create and present post-campaign wrap-up reports
  • Clearly communicate the progress of campaigns to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work on several competing priorities, displaying critical thinking and problem-solving skills
