SNI Technology is hiring a Client Success Manager to join our client who is a growing healthcare services organization specializing in revenue cycle and practice management solutions.

  • Proven problem-solving skills and leadership capabilities
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, remote-first environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and RCM or workflow management tool

Responsibilities

This role will act as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring strong communication, performance delivery, and client satisfaction. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders—ranging from physicians to administrators—to resolve issues, analyze account data, and drive continuous improvement across client engagements.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the lead liaison for client relationships, providing strategic oversight and support
  • Conduct regular client meetings to review KPIs and service satisfaction
  • Analyze performance data and recommend process improvements
  • Facilitate internal and external communications, ensuring timely resolution of client concerns
  • Prepare performance reports and maintain account documentation
  • Collaborate with business support teams (finance, HR, compliance) where practice administration is provided
  • Support new client onboarding and implementation
  • Manage or assist in client payer contract renewals and negotiations
  • Monitor client compliance and quality training programs
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development

Compensation:

  • Salary Range: $80,000–$90,000/year (negotiable and based on background/experience)
  • Bonus: Up to 10% annual performance bonus
