Key Responsibilities
Act as the trusted advisor and main point of contact for clients.
Lead onboarding, training, and adoption of our products.
Monitor accounts, resolve issues, and anticipate client needs.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to deliver seamless experiences.
Track performance metrics, gather feedback, and identify upsell opportunities.
Skills & Experience
Proven background in client success, account management, or similar (exposure to the SaaS industry a bonus)
Natural curiosity to innovate customer solutions and become knowledgeable in fraud and financial crime defence
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Industry knowledge and ability to guide clients effectively.
